Visa Support
ACM can provide visa support letters for attendees, authors with accepted papers or posters, and conference committee members. Submit a request through the ACM Support Letters form. Allow up to 10 business days; requests are processed in the order received.
Include the following information in your request:
- Your name as it appears on your passport and your current postal mailing address.
- Your registration confirmation number. Accepted authors may request a letter before registering.
- If you have an accepted paper, its title and whether you are the sole author or a co-author. Speakers without an accepted paper may provide their presentation title.
- If you received an ACM, SIG, or conference-funded travel grant, include that information.
